Parqal is comprised of nine independent 4-storey buildings connected by bridges and generous open or green spaces that promote walkability. The whole stretch of the development is protected from the harsh weather conditions and other harmful rays such as heat gain, IR and UV radiation by a canopy made of ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene), a type of sustainable material that is extremely transparent, lightweight and flexible in nature. The project aims to reduce:
- energy consumption by incorporating energy-efficient lighting and air-conditioning systems;
- water consumption by using water-efficient plumbing fixtures and landscaping and rainwater for irrigation;
- waste by garbage segregation; and
- pollution by using refrigerants with no ozone-depleting substances and encouraging biking.

The New Senate Office by the Senate of the Philippines is a new construction office building project.
There are 4 towers consisting of 11-storey office buildings. The occupancy type is under Division E-3 which is institutional. The façade of the project features a screen similar to designs on the Barong Tagalog which would act as privacy screen and brise-soleil.
The project is comprised of unitized curtain wall with unitized window wall with perforated metal panel, unitized window wall with ACP cladding at balconies, punch window, storefront, inclined semi unitized curtain wall and skylight. The 2-storey podium will be a civic area with public spaces, a plaza and museum.
